Our Story

Dave and Louise have always been interested in coffee. We have a number of cafes in Dublin and own a coffee roasting company, Full Circle Roasters which we use in Milligram Coffee

We never thought this pandemic would allow us to own our own coffee shop in Sligo. It was a dream of ours for a couple of years but these last few months have made us go after our dreams and make them a reality.
